Classy 600 sq ft event or office space suitable for JP weddings, co-working, podcasting, or whatever your imagination comes up with, available on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. Priced at $50/hr or $150 per half-day, weekly rates negotiable.

Outfitted with walls and floors adorned with original art from six continents, with seating for up to 26 people, including three large conference tables, a work table, a desk and credenza, a bathroom and large closet.

Studio equipment includes 65" wall-mounted smart tv; Roland V1HD+ video/audio switcher; AKG and Sennheiser microphones with booms; multiple Canon, Nikon and GoPro professional video/photo cameras; cinematic media equipment including gimbal, drone, and top-line tripods; monitors for teleprompting; COD pro lighting with diffusers; guest podcast scene, and more.
