Brock recently spent a half-hour with Lisa Wexler on WICC Radio in CT talking about mediation, systemic root causes of conflict, and how to best resolve conflicts of any type. Ground was covered on relationships, leadership, public policy, and even how quantum mechanics has a surprising impact on everyday life. Fun and informatve!

Systemic Mediation Management is a practical course for managers of any group, institution or business to improve their day-to-day leadership and future career advancement. It combines unique elements of Human Systemics with professional mediation methods and a grounding in AI and technology. As the most advanced course of its kind, it explains root causes of both conflict and synergy combined with best management practices to offer the most dollar-for-dollar effective leadership training.
As founder and head of Southern CT State University's Mediation Club, Jon spent time with SCSU's featured annual speaker Gloria Estefan. Jon and Gloria spent "Glorias minutes" talking about Human Systemics, reducing conflict, youth and ethnic issues, and more. Jon then presented Gloria with a copy of our multidisciplinary book on sources and solutions of conflict - "Why Things Don't Work... It's Systemic and We Can Fix It"
